Walt Disney Animation Studios has revealed the official poster for their upcoming Mickey Mouse short film, ‘Get A Horse’!

The poster is old fashioned and recalls classic Disney cartoons of the 1930s and 1940s. The reds and yellows pop out and give the poster a definite ‘retro’ look.disney-mickey-mouse-get-a-horse-poster

The short will debut at the Annecy Animation Festival next week and is rumored to be attached to Disney’s next animated feature, Frozen.

Here’s Disney’s official synopsis for the short:

Starring the one and only Mickey Mouse, and featuring Walt Disney himself as the voice of the iconic character, this black-and-white, hand-drawn short follows Mickey, his favorite gal pal Minnie Mouse, and their friends Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow as they delight in a musical wagon ride—until Peg-Leg Pete shows up and tries to run them off the road.

Your thoughts on the cool new poster?
