One of my favorite things about Disney movies is the music, and one of my favorite things about Disney music is finding song covers on YouTube. When Frozen was released, “Let it Go” was a runaway hit for Disney, so it’s no surprise that it has been covered in so many different ways over the years.

In honor of Frozember, and the upcoming release of Frozen 2, I thought it would be fun to share a few of my favorites, and a few new versions I’d never heard before!
We’ll start out pretty straightforward with some typical YouTube covers, like Pixar animator, Nick Pitera, and his famous falsetto, and husband and wife singers, Peter and Evynne Hollens, but if you know me, you know I have very eclectic tastes in music, so we’ll be mixing things up fairly quickly.
Nick Pitera – Vocal Cover
Peter Hollens – A Capella Cover
Evynne Hollens – Piano, Vocal Cover
NateWantsToBattle – Rock Cover
Brian Hull – Disney/Pixar Character Impressions Cover
St. John’s Alumni Pipe Band – Bagpipe Cover
Josh Scorcher – Pipe Organ Cover
Connor Engstrom – Metal Cover
Ariadne Blayde – Banjo Cover
DJAirechoTechno – House, Dubstep Remix
What did you think of these “Let It Go” covers? Which song from Frozen 2 do you think will be this year’s “Let it Go”?
