To celebrate Frozen 2 tickets going on sale, Disney revealed three new and very different Frozen 2 posters, which got the Internet talking!

Frozen 2 Posters

Each of the three posters is unique and stunning, promoting the upgraded visual and audio experiences–IMAX, RealD 3D, and Dolby Cinema–moviegoers can experience when going to see the film. Check them out below!

The IMAX poster has biggest impact, as it shows the dramatic scene from the Frozen 2 teaser trailer where Elsa attempts to freeze and cross the sea, only to encounter a mystical Nokk. This poster shows Elsa scaling a frozen sea and facing the Nokk head on.

The RealD3D poster is drawn in a traditional storybook art style, with warm Fall leaves surrounding Elsa as she uses her ice powers. The Nokk makes another cameo in this poster, this time in the form of a starry Nokk riding in the sky.

The final poster by Dolby Cinema has a storybook illustration design and shows the Frozen gang–Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf–walking through an icy forest heading on an adventure

Disney has been killing it recently with the marketing for Frozen 2 and these gorgeous posters are no exception. We have been given several trailers and posters, yet still are in the dark regarding the major plot points of the film. Keeping things tight lipped will only make seen the final product that much more impactful for viewers who have been waiting years for the sequel.

Frozen 2 Tickets On Sale Now

Frozen 2 tickets went on presale Monday and the next day Fandango and Atom Tickets announced that the film already set a record for first-day advance ticket sales for an animated film, pushing Toy Story 4 out of the top spot. Specific numbers weren’t given, this is further indication that Frozen 2 is going to a huge hit for Disney this holiday season. Frozen 2 is currently expected to have an opening weekend box office revenue between $100-125M, far surpassing the $93M opening weekend for the first film.

Frozen 2 is directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. The sequel stars Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Josh Gad, Jonathan Groff, Evan Rachel Wood, and Sterling K. Brown.

Advance tickets for Frozen 2 are on sale now and you can buy them at Fandango. Frozen 2 hits theaters November 22, 2019.

What do you think of the new Frozen 2 posters? Did you you buying your tickets already?
