Netflix Releases First Trailer for ‘Hilda’

Netflix has just released the first trailer for their brand new original series, Hilda!

If you’re a fan of Gravity Falls, Adventure Time, Steven Universe, or any other recent show that looks adorable on the outside but may have some darkness hiding just beneath the surface, then you may want to check out this brand new show from Netflix. Watch the first trailer for Hilda below.

Hilda is based on a series of graphic novels by Luke Pearson, who is also directly involved with the creation of the show. So far this looks to be another instance of Netflix giving the creator as much control over their project as possible, and I am excited to see what this new show is like. It looks as dark and mysterious as is does sweet and adorable, which is a winning combination in my eyes.

Hilda will be available for streaming on September 21st.

What do you think of this trailer? Have you read the original books?
