Yesterday we brought you news of the discrete unvieling of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ facebook page, logo and plot synopsis for its short film Paperman.
Today, Disney updated the page with the short’s first official movie poster, along with the line, “A story about changing your destiny, one piece of paper at a time.” The poster has a watercolor feel to it and is entirely black, white and grey except for the paper airplane, which has a speck of red on it. The poster was designed by Jeff Turley.
Director John Kahrs also tweeted that the short would premiere on opening night of the Annecy International Animated Film Festival on June 4th. This short is getting a lot of buzz and we can’t wait to see to see the whole thing. What are your favorite parts about this poster?
