Love LEGO? Love Mary Poppins? Then you’re going to love this Mary Poppins LEGO set.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of Walt Disney’s most beloved films, Nick Tierce has created a Mary Poppins 50th Anniversary set, which includes the iconic Banks’s house on Cherry Tree Lane as well as figurines of the main characters such as Mary, Bert, Mr. & Mrs. Banks, and the lovely Banks children, Jane and Michael. You even get your very own Mary’s parrot umbrella and Bert’s one-man band musical instruments.
But this set isn’t available…yet. It’s just an idea that has been submitted and it needs your vote to help make it a reality.
LEGO allows users to submit their own ideas for sets as part the LEGO Ideas campaign. This campaign has been very successful in bringing some very popular and desired LEGO sets to life, such as the Back to the Future DeLorean Time Machine. Submissions that get 10,000 votes then get reviewed by the LEGO review board to see which project becomes the next LEGO Ideas product.
