From sources, such as CartoonBrew, we learned that the first trailer for the upcoming indie animated film, Animal Crackers, debuted.

Produced by Blue Dream Studios, the film centers around a family unhappy with their jobs who then inherit a circus. But, this isn’t just any circus! This circus comes with a box of magical animal crackers that transform the person who eats them into the animals they have eaten!

The film is being directed by Tony Bancroft (Mulan) and Scott Christian Sava and is based on a graphic novel written by Sava. The voice cast includes John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Ian McKellen, Danny DeVito, Sylvester Stallone, Wallace Shawn, Patrick Warburton, Gilbert Gottfried, and Raven-Symoné. The film was originally planned to be released on April 21, 2017, but has now been postponed indefinitely.

Are you excited for this Animal Crackers film? What do you think of the trailer? Let us know in the comments below!
