Sneak Peek of DisneyToon’s ‘Planes’

In a very exciting day of news for animation fans, Disney has just released a teaser for the upcoming film Planes. The short video is spoiler free so check it out below:

The first thing that strikes me about this look at the movie is the animation. It looks incredible, the quality is sure to rival that of major animation studios. The other thing that is sure to give viewers a pleasant surprise is the tone of this teaser. Many people have assumed that this movie will pander to kids, and therefore were probably expecting a goofy trailer with silly jokes and zany characters. I think many people are pleased to find out that the marketing for Planes is doing just the opposite, giving us a more serious look at the main character, as well as a surprising song choice.

This sneak peek is sure to only add to the amount of buzz Planes is already receiving.  Want to know more about it?
