The official Blue Umbrella twitter account tweeted about a new chance to see Pixar’s next short before it opens with Monsters University next June. If you can attend the 56th Annual San Francisco International Film Festival , you’ll be able to catch Pixar’s latest short, directed by Saschka Unseld, on May 5th.
The short was already screened in Austin and one of the lucky people that saw it gave a very positive review you can read here. Pixar developed new technologies for this short and it will be interesting, since the idea was creatively developed by someone from a technical department, not from a story department as usual.
Watch a preview of the short here.
