A few weeks ago, DreamWorks TV had an exciting panel at WonderCon. At this panel Kelly Kulchak (Head of Programming for DreamWorks TV) revealed some exciting new details about upcoming projects. We previously reported on Dragons: Race to the Edge, which is coming to Netflix later this Summer, but today I’m going to discuss an all new Netflix Original that isn’t based off an existing DreamWorks franchise: Dinotrux.

During the WonderCon panel DreamWorks didn’t really focus on Dinotrux, a previously announced all-new Netflix Original. While the studio officially stated that the show will come to Netflix this Summer, this was pretty much the extent of the information DreamWorks released. DreamWorks also launched a Facebook page for the new show, but the page doesn’t reveal much apart from some new graphics and a logo. Last week, however, Film Divider revealed two new renders featuring some of the show’s characters.

The first render features a red T-Rex truck (possibly the main character of the show), a little chameleon character made out of car parts, and the show’s official logo. The second render only features a new look at the red T-Rex car. The first image is being used to attract licensing partners and the second image was part of an expo brochure last year.

We have no synopsis or further details regarding what the show is about yet, but we can expect more official details from DreamWorks and Netflix soon.

DreamWorks’ Dinotrux is coming exclusively to Netflix this Summer.

Are you excited for DreamWorks’ ‘Dinotrux’?
