[UPDATE] ‘Aladdin’ Finally Confirmed as Disney’s Next Diamond Edition Blu-ray

Oh look! Our wish came true! After many years of delays and after many sleepless nights of wondering why Disney would do, we’re happy to report that Disney is finally adding Aladdin to its Diamond Edition collection! Praise the Genie of the lamp! Take a look at the trailer:

With the release of Aladdin, all of the Disney Renaissance films will be able to be seen on glorious Blu-ray! The trailer here brings back a wonderful sense of nostalgia that only Disney can do. While there are no more details about the release as of yet, keep it locked on the Rotoscopers for more updates!

[UPDATE] 12:39PM PST: Disney just released more info about the Aladdin Diamond Edition Blu-ray. According to Disney, the film will be coming to Blu-ray, digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on October 6.
