The Internet is a wonderful place to share one’s love for animation. We’re thankful to be part of Rotoscopers.com, where we can all share, discuss, and review our favorite animated movies without judging the film or its fans.

Believe it or else, not every user on the Internet is objective or even fair with their reviews. While cruising the Information Superhighway you can expect some weird reasons for why people don’t like a film, especially when you’re dealing with such a polarizing work as Don Bluth’s All Dogs Go To Heaven (1989). While we Rotoscopers are always respectful of others’ views, it’s hard not to chuckle at these completely unhelpful user reviews. If anything, they’re great examples of how to  NOT discuss animation.

1. Forget the smoking, drinking, gambling, murder and horrific visions of hell. Apparently the thing you should be worried about is exposing your kids to SCARY DOGS:

2. This user who couldn’t take any more filthy language. Again, did the drinking/gambling/killing not concern them?

3. This Disneyphile:

Not the way they remember it? Two possibilities exist: Either Don Bluth went and changed the movie or this reviewer saw the movie as a kid AND WAS ACTUALLY FINE WITH IT.

4. This reviewer who demands proof of Doggie Heaven:

5. This reviewer who really likes to talk:

6. This viewer who, tragically, must go through life “on guard for musicals”:

7. This 29 year old man who can’t seem to sort through his feelings of verklemptiness:

8. Percentage-wise, this is actually the most helpful review on this list:

9. This well-meaning user who uses the Bible to prove all dogs are evil:

AllDogs09 Hey, I’m a Christian and I still don’t get what he’s trying to say. IT’S JUST A MOVIE!

10. Last but not least (but definitely least helpful):
