Roger Rabbit Screening at Newport Beach Film Festival

Who’d have thought there’d come a day in 2013 when Roger Rabbit made the headlines twice?

Following news of development of more Roger material for the big screen comes an exciting opportunity for fans. A 25th anniversary screening of Who Framed Roger Rabbit will take place April 28 at the Newport Beach Film Festival in California. Special guests include producer Don Hahn, voice talent Charles Fleischer (Roger), actress Joanna Cassidy (Delores), and special effects animator Dave Bossert.

Tickets are a bargain: $14 to the public and $10 for D23 members. You can find more information and purchase tickets here. Disney’s other presence at the festival includes “An Evening of Disney Rarities,” a look at long-lost treasures from the famed “Disney vault.”
