In an exclusive to USA Today, Sony Pictures Animation revealed a first glimpses at its upcoming animated feature, Hotel Transylvania.
The film follows Count Dracula (Adam Sandler) and his monster family at Hotel Translylvania, a place where monsters can come and relax since it’s been “human-free since 1898.” But the party’s interrupted when an unsuspecting human backpacker Johnny (Andy Samberg) stumbles upon the hotel, he falls for Dracula’s daughter Mavis (Selena Gomez), who is celebrating her coming-of-age 118th birthday.
The film is directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and is set to be released September 28, 2012, just in time for the haunting Halloween season.
