While Disney has yet to formally announce it, online retailers (like Amazon) are already listing a new Walt Disney Animation Studios Short Films Collection Blu-ray on their sites. A release date of August 18, 2015 is currently listed, but has yet to be officially confirmed by the Mouse House.
From the cover, we can be certain that Disney’s short films, Tangled Ever After, Lorenzo, Paperman, Feast and Frozen Fever will be included, among others. It’s good to see Disney put the spotlight on its masterful and ingenious short films. Although, right now, there’s scarcely any information on this release. Here’s hoping that shorts like The Ballad of Nessie and Get A Horse! are also included.
