The wait is finally over: Pixar released the teaser trailer (more like trailers) for its summer 2013 prequel Monsters University.
The trailers give us our first animated glimpse of Monster Inc. stars Mike Wazowski and James P. “Sulley” Sullivan as we follow them back to their college years. I definitely laughed out loud when Mike walked out of the dorm room dressed as a disco ball, thanks to the masterful prankwork of Sulley.
Watch the “Pony” trailer below. The other trailers can be found at the Huffinton Post, Yahoo Movies and Apple Movie Trailers. Essentially the four trailers are all the same, just with one bit changed for each. Now it makes sense why four Monsters University/Finding Nemo 3D trailers were registered.
