$\"wanted-18\"$ <\/a><\/p>\r\nAccording to Cartoon Brew<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, The Wanted 18<\/strong><\/em>, a Palestinian \"absurdist documentary\" film, has been submitted to be considered for the\u00a0Best Foreign Language Film<\/em>\u00a0category of the upcoming 88th Academy Awards.\u00a0The film is being co-directed by Palestinian visual artist Amer Shomali and Canadian filmmaker Paul Cowan.\r\n\r\n<\/iframe>\r\n\r\nThe film tells the story of a number of Palestinian pacifists during the first Palestinian Intifada wherein an effort was made to oppose Israel's occupation of the areas of Gaza and West Bank by boycotting Israeli products. As a result, these Palestinians started their own dairy farm and bought 18 cows to be \"milked for production.\" Things get absurd when Israeli forces intervene deeming the cows to be a\u00a0security threat.\r\n\r\nThe documentary features scenes focusing on the \"wanted 18\" cows in question, which are done via stop-motion animation. The Illumination Entertainment film (based on the Minions characters from the successful <em>Despicable Me<\/em> franchise) received average critical reviews at best, but performed amazingly in the box office as it grossed\u00a0a worldwide total of $989.4 million!\r\n\r\nThe previous third place holder was Disney's hit from its\u00a0Renaissance, <em>The Lion King<\/em>, which grossed $987.5 million worldwide. He's sent to New York to dissuade humans from moving to his homeland, the Arctic. While in New York, he experiences the usual \"bear out of water\" story and gets entangled with a corporation that has the Arctic in their scopes.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The rest of the voice cast includes Ken Jeong, Loretta Devine, Heather Graham, Bill Nighy, and Gabriel Iglesias, amongst others. As a result, these Palestinians started their own dairy farm and bought 18 cows to be \"milked for production.\" Things get absurd when Israeli forces intervene deeming the cows to be a\u00a0security threat.\r\n\r\nThe documentary features scenes focusing on the \"wanted 18\" cows in question, which are done via stop-motion animation. Demi Lovato will also lend her voice to the female lead, Lenore, as well as \"executive produce the film\u2019s music score.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The film will be produced by John H. As a result, these Palestinians started their own dairy farm and bought 18 cows to be \"milked for production.\" Things get absurd when Israeli forces intervene deeming the cows to be a\u00a0security threat.\r\n\r\nThe documentary features scenes focusing on the \"wanted 18\" cows in question, which are done via stop-motion animation. It has been announced that writer\/director Akiva Goldsman is heading a \"think tank\" that will deal with \"shepherding this franchise forward.\" The writers of the forthcoming Marvel film, <em>Ant-Man<\/em>, Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, have joined this group.\r\n\r\nThe news that interests us animation fans is that they may be working on a prequel in this franchise entitled <em>Transformers One<\/em>. The film would be entirely animated (reminding one of the 1986 film, <em>The Transformers: The Movie<\/em>) and focus on the \"early days of the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons\" on the planet, Cybertron.\r\n\r\nI, for one, am getting tired of these <em>Transformers<\/em> films, but a fully animated one could possibly get me interested in them again.\r\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How do you feel about a fully animated <em>Transformers<\/em> film? It has been announced that writer\/director Akiva Goldsman is heading a \"think tank\" that will deal with \"shepherding this franchise forward.\" The writers of the forthcoming Marvel film, <em>Ant-Man<\/em>, Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, have joined this group.\r\n\r\nThe news that interests us animation fans is that they may be working on a prequel in this franchise entitled <em>Transformers One<\/em>. The film would be entirely animated (reminding one of the 1986 film, <em>The Transformers: The Movie<\/em>) and focus on the \"early days of the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons\" on the planet, Cybertron.\r\n\r\nI, for one, am getting tired of these <em>Transformers<\/em> films, but a fully animated one could possibly get me interested in them again.\r\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How do you feel about a fully animated <em>Transformers<\/em> film?
