[D23 Expo] National Geographic First Ever D23 Lineup

National Geographic hits the D23 Expo show floor for the first time, with experiences, talent appearances, special signings, and more. To begin with, supporting their Disney documentaries and new Disney+ originals, several guest events will be on the show floor, including:

August 23, 1p-2p: Alex Honnold

Featured in the Oscar-winning film Free Solo, legendary rock climber Honnold will visit the D23 show floor for a special book signing.

August 24, 3p-4p: Dr. Jan Pol, The Incredible Dr. Pol

Hear amazing animal stories from the star of Nat Geo WILD’s No.1 series. And meet the cutest four-legged special guests, too.

August 25, 11a-12p: Sue Aikens

From the multi-Emmy-winning series Life Below Zero, Aikens shares incredible tales of Alaska, signs autographs, and takes pictures with fans.

All Weekend: ‘Beneath the Blue’

A unique experience that takes fans into a breathtaking underwater world for an incredible journey. Explore oceans and learn more about manmade pollutants affecting marine life.

Stage 28 – August 24, 10a-11a
Women Of Impact: Meet the Nat Geo Explorers Changing the World

Featuring women on the front lines of exploration and conservation. For instance, these women pilot submarines, get up close with big cats, and inspire the next gen explorers. The panel includes Erika Bergman, sub pilot and founder of a girls’ underwater camp; Lilly Sedaghat, Planet or Plastic ambassador and multimedia storyteller; and Dr. Rae Wynn-Grant, large carnivore export.

Power Up Your Brain with Keegan-Michael Key

Get a first look at the reboot of Brain Games! NatGeo and Key show fans the “why” behind the “wow.” Lior Suchard, top-class mentalist, also joins the fun.
