In case you missed it earlier this week, a new trailer has dropped for the third and final season of Guillermo del Toro’s Emmy-winning Netflix series Trollhunters, which releases on Netflix May 25.

This season will see our heroes recruit legendary wizard Merlin to help them stop Gunmar and the resurrected Morgana from bringing an end to human and trollkind alike.

Tatiana Maslany, Diego Luna, and Emile Hirsch (in place of the late Anton Yelchin) join the voice cast this time around. Returning voice actors include Kelsey Grammer, Mark Hamill, Lena Headey, David Bradley, Ron Perlman, Steven Yeun, Anjelica Huston, Jonathan Hyde, Amy Landecker, Charlie Saxton, Lexi Medrano, and Fred Tatasciore.

Even though this will be the last season of Trollhunters, don’t forget that this series is just part one of three intertwined stories that will form The Tales of Arcadia trilogy. All three stories revolve around the titular town of Arcadia, which serves as a central hub for the worlds of trolls, aliens, and wizards.

The second chapter of the trilogy, the alien-focused 3 Below, will air later this year, with the final chapter, Wizards, airing in 2019.

DreamWorks Trollhunters is created and executive produced by del Toro, with additional executive producers Marc Guggenheim, Rodrigo Blaas, Chad Hammes, and Christina Steinberg, and co-executive producers Dan Hageman and Kevin Hageman.
