If you can’t wait for the return of your favorite Ice Age characters, look no further, because they will be coming to Fox on Sunday, March 20th to celebrate Easter in Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade.
This special comes just months after Scrat had a space adventure in the short, Cosmic Scrat-tastrophe (which was met with mixed reviews.) However, this latest exploit into the gang’s prehistoric misadventures will also contain a sneak-peak for the newest installment, Ice Age: Collision Course which is set to be released in theaters on July 22nd.
Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade will follow Sid’s attempts to babysit eggs in a fledgling business, however, trouble arises when Squint, a pirate bunny, seeks revenge on the Ice Age crew, and steals and hides all of the eggs. This leads to Manny, Sid, and Diego to go to the rescue in the world’s first Easter egg hunt.
