Good Grief- Charlie Brown has been celebrating Christmas for 50 years! In order to celebrate the classic special, ABC channel will be hosting a holiday retrospective on Monday, November 30 from 9-10 PM EST.
The event is titled “It’s Your 50th Christmas, Charlie Brown,” and will be hosted by Kristen Bell. The night will feature musical guests to perform Vince Guaraldi’s songs from the episode, and will include Hollywood stars reminiscing about the beloved Christmas special.
“A Charlie Brown Christmas,” was originally aired in 1965, and has been remastered for the television event. Charlie Brown’s tale of disparity over materialism at the holiday season until he learns the true meaning of Christmas is one that has transcended time, and is still relevant, 50 years later.
