As we notified you yesterday, the first trailer for the upcoming 2015 film from Illumination Entertainment, Minions, was released today!
From the trailer, we learn about the beginnings of the Minions and their desires to serve the baddest masters around. Sadly, their devotion (and stupidity) lead to their masters’ demises, most of the time. After being in a rut, three Minions, Kevin, Stuart, and Bob set out to find the baddest master they can possibly find (which is most likely Sandra Bullock’s character).
I, for one, am incredibly interested in the film now that the trailer has come out! I’ve always loved the Minions as characters and am glad to see a film based on them (a la the Penguins from Madagascar). I’m also glad to see more names added to the voice cast including those of Michael Keaton, Allison Janney, and Steve Coogan. (I wonder if Steve Coogan is voicing the same character he voiced in Despicable Me 2?)
