Argentinian ‘Foosball’ Re-Titled As ‘Underdogs’ For English-language Version

According to Variety, Argentinian animated film, Foosball aka Metegol, has been bought by The Weinstein Company with the intentions of making an English-language version of the film. The film, re-titled as Underdogs, features foosball players who have been brought to life and have to help their owner win a match against his rival to save his town.

Underdogs doesn’t have an official voice cast yet, but is reported to feature the voices of “several notable Hollywood actors”. (Oh boy!) The film is due for release on August 27, 2014.
