The 2013 year is almost done and it’s time to celebrate the best that animation had to offer us this year.
Starting December 1, we will open up voting for the 2013 Rotoscopers Awards. This will be allow you to chime in on your favorite animated films, characters, quotes and more from the 2013 year.
Since this is a reader poll, we want your help and vote as to what categories we should have. A lot of the categories are a bit straightforward; however, fun, clever categories are encouraged. Currently the categories are:
- Best Animated Film
- Best Animated Short
- Best Animated TV Show/TV Special
- Best Voice Acting
- Best Animated Movie Trailer
- Best Animated Female Character
- Best Animated Male Character
- Best Animated Sidekick
- Breakout Star
- Best Villain
- Best Score
- Best Song
- Best Director
- Best Marketing Campaign
- Best Animation Addicts Podcast Episode
- Best Opinion Piece

Winners will be announced on our 2013 best-of episode in late December. The best-of episode will feature the best moments from the Animation Addicts podcast in 2013.
