Cartoon Network Orders ‘Infinity Train’ to Series

Back in Novemeber 2016, Cartoon Network released the pilot for Infinity Train to its YouTube channel as part of a series of pilots that could potentially be ordered to series. Infinity Train was by far the fan-favorite. Just about every cartoon-based YouTube channel began making theory videos, a dedicated subreddit appeared, and animation websites big and small immediately began weighing in with their speculation about what was going on in this incredibly intriguing world.

Well, after almost a year and a half, we finally have word that Cartoon Network is moving forward with a full series! It’s still at least a year away, but I’m just happy that we finally have confirmation! So far Cartoon Network is going with a very subtle/mysterious style of announcement, creating a very simple webpage, without even mentioning the name. (Aside from in the URL.) You can watch it here.

If you were unfortunate enough to have missed out on the Infinity Train pilot the first time around, you can watch it below. It is chock full of imagination, mystery, and corgis! I can’t wait to see what this show has in store for us!

Edit: 3/7/18
Cartoon Network just uploaded a teaser trailer to YouTube! Check it out!

Are you excited for Infinity Train? What did you think of the pilot?
