Attention, Steven Universe fans! The Summer of Steven begins in less than 2 weeks! On July 18th, Steven Universe: Summer Adventures kicks off with two brand new episodes! And that’s not all! Not only do we get two episodes in one night, but contrary to previous reports, there will not be one new episode a week, for the summer, there will be one new episode a night! Every weeknight for the remainder of the summer, there will be a brand new episode! Show writer Matt Burnett, tweeted yesterday to let fans know that this means that we will be getting the entirety of season three, all at once!
The promos are out there – Steven Universe is airing new episodes almost every weeknight for over a month – all of Season 3 is coming!

There are a lot of tantalizing hints at what’s to come here, but the biggest looks to be the return of Stevonnie, the human/gem fusion of Steven and Connie, first seen in Alone Together. They haven’t been seen since their brief appearance in We Need to Talk, so it will be really fun to see what leads to this latest fusion.
