Anastasia was the last musical I saw before the pandemic. The villian was okay but it was hard to follow up Rasputin from the original film. I did like that they kept "Journey to the Past" and "Once Upon A December". From my theater booklet, Terrence McNally did the book.

After hearing about it for two episodes, I finally watched Rock-a-Doodle. It was great, afterwards I listened to the podcast episode about it (episode 3). Funnily enough, during the episode you two talk about how you're excited to go see the opening night of a production at Don Bluth's Front Row Theatre in his home.
I just ordered the Anastasia blu ray (in part based on the old Rotoscopers review video which I stumbled across while googling for reviews) because in the UK the audio commentary wasn't on the dvd (along with a few other extras), only the blu ray, so I look forward to hearing that for the first time.
