Kong: Skull Island, T2 Trainspotting, Baby Driver, Dunkirk, Wind River, and Spider-Man: Homecoming. I’ll see these a fourth time only on home entertainment.

Agree with you there. Lego Batman was obnoxious and too tongue-in-cheek for its own good, as are the other Lego movies.

Because…”Better When I’m Dancing” isn’t that great of a song and The Peanuts Movie has faded from the radar, I’d argue, for being too safe of an update of its source material. I’d even argue that “Better When I’m Dancing” has nothing, either in lyrics, composition, and in-story relevance, on “Feels Like Summer” from Shaun the Sheep.

I consider 2015 as one of the 2010s’ best years in film so far. Judging by the list you gave me, I feel like you haven’t seen the true cream of the cinematic crop of 2015. I’m talking films like Steve Jobs, Sicario, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Big Short, The Revenant, Room, Spotlight, and The Hateful Eight.

Yeah, they could have easily gotten rid of the
pirate sequence and it wouldn’t hurt the film.
