That is understandable. Trailers do not always do the film justice. I recall the same thing happening with Kung Fu Panda (all three films), Inside Out, and many others who had misleading trailers.

As for the film, I can’t say I will be fan until It comes out, but I am hoping I will be and I hope this film officially starts WAG off on the right foot. I see a lot of potential from them and their projects and their projects look and sound very unique. I and even one day hope to work for them, I have some ideas I think would fit perfectly for their style they are aiming for with their films. Plus, working with people like Lord and Miller or Stoller and Sweetland (who you may know worked for PIxar and directed and wrote Presto, one of my personal favorite Pixar shorts along with Burn-E) would be a dream come true.

They need to hire you for their PR dept. You are such a fan of this film. It could be great. I wasn’t that big a fan of the Lego Movie trailers either. I just feel the trailers have been very different

Actually, it is Sony Imageworks. They are studio that provides the animation for all of Sony’s animated films. They also provided the animation for this film as well. With Warner Animation Group they plan to handle everything that is in regards the story, script, voice work, concept art, and design themselves a let someone else do the animation for them. The same thing is being done with their other original animated film Smallfoot, which it’s director Sergio Pablos plans to do designing and story in his own studio and let someone else do the animation.

I guess we will.
