It’s just not my thing, I’m not gonna go rioting against it but I found it disrespectful to all the murders that happened… plus the parallels to Disney don’t help those rumors about Walt. Maybe if it were a fictional villain like Darth Vader or something I would’ve laughed but this is just too direct & obvious. I’ve never really enjoyed Plympton’s work, but he’s got his loyal fans to keep him going.

In reply to Baymax. I love it! We are on the same page with great movies! I just think with something this bold the writing has to be really good, which in the Producers it is. Bill Plympton's movies usually don't have much dialogue but the jokes have to be really on point or it comes across wrong. I will definitely watch it and I'm glad someone who is Jewish is willing to give it a shot. That's cool.

In reply to Baymax. I was thinking the same thing: one giant parody of "The Producers" with a lot of crazy satires thrown in! Probably it'll focus more on merchandising and bizarre animated characters instead of singing "Springtime for Hitler and Germany".

I love the Producers on Broadway. (Why are you referencing all my favorite movies Rotoscopers?) But this is a little outdated in my opinion. If you are a kid, I suggest watching the episode of Clarence, Goldfish Follies. But as a Jew, I think this is hilarious. This has the same humor as the Producers.
