I grew up watching all these books where you get to flip the page back and forth to watch Captain Underpants kick alien lunch lady butt or robots and hungry talking toilets! The fact that they have such great voice cast I’m excited for this movie release!!!!!!
I just hope they stick to the funny goofy kiddish way which I’m sure since Dreamworks never fails!
I could cry from excitement! I want to know how to support this upcoming film as much as possible!

So…..the Director of ‘SharkTale’ leaves the show, and is replaced with the Director of ‘Turbo’. Must be a magical movie.
Could not be less excited about this movie for so many reasons. DW is obviously putting their ‘B’ team on this…..maybe even ‘C’ team.
And then they’re outsourcing it to Canada, instead of having their US-based crew work on it, since they closed down PDI, and laid off 500 workers from Glendale.
Nope. I’ll pass on “Captain Skidmark” thank you.

In reply to Mr. Lambert. They're hiring a small scale Canadian studio to animate it at a lower budget. While it is a still important film to them, there's more chance of it making it's money back with a smaller budget.

This is gonna be a dumb question, but what does Dreamworks exactly mean when they say they’re producing Captain Underpants outside their pipeline and at a lower cost? Does it mean is not as important as their other movies?
