While I'm not speculating on if McQueen returns or not, I will say this, as its a Cartoon, one can always recast the voice. its not relaly impossibel for McQueento appear even if Wilson doesnt reprise the role. It's be interestign if Mater and McQueen are both secondary Characters and the Third FIlm, liek the second one, focuses on another Character from the Firts Film to give them the spotlight.
