In a way, I feel like I've grown up with the show. I started listening sometime in 2012 during my first year at university and have been studying since the show has been going. This year I got into a course that will get me admitted into the High Court and I finish a a few weeks after the show ends too! Listening to episodes on the bus and during those late nights studying have helped me so much and I am so thankful.

Thank you for everything you guys have done and if you ever decide to come back you bet I'll be listening too! Wishing you guys all the best in everything you pursue!

In reply to <a href="https://www.rotoscopers.com/2018/04/16/the-animation-addicts-podcast-waves-goodbye/#comment-38343">Jeremiah</a>.

The “Cinderella” episode was pure gold. So were other episodes about some of Disney’s classic films such as “Bambi” and “Snow White” because I liked to hear the Rotoscopers’ perspectives on some of the films that have been around so long they are considered icons.

There are too many goodies for me to list and I couldn’t do them all on a voicemail so here are some of my favorites:
• “Howl’s Moving Castle” or “Beast’s Moving Batcave”: “What’s in the West Wing?” The BATCAVE! “Do you like having a wookie on your upper lip?”
• “Big Hero 6” : You could *never* take a 2 by 4 to Baymax! “No, he’s toooo squiiiishy,” coos Morgan
• Everything about the “Sleeping Beauty” episode and for bringing up the mixed feelings about the “Maleficent” film and current demand to give more villains’ their tragic backstory. Morgan debating on Aurora’s stunning hair and whether she looks better in pink or blue. Mason bellowing, “Merriweather!!”
• “Cats Don’t Dance” when Chelsea belts out, “It’s big and looooooud!”
• “Frozen” when Mason decides it should’ve had a mob song. “It’s that snow queen, Lafou! She’s got Anna trapped in a tower. Kill the queen!”
• The Nerdy Couch Discussions that get lively and fascinating without getting ugly or mad
• “The Little Mermaid” talking about villains who behave promiscuously or constantly get into the face of the protagonist to make them uncomfortable; I cannot watch a James Bond film without seeing this from now on.
• "Robin Hood" and all of the cheap thrills. It takes place in England but everyone sound like they're from Appalachia ^^
• “The Jungle Book” episode, talking about the differences between the animated and CGI version and how they each worked well. I distinctly remember a lively exciting chatroom too
• “Zootopia” and Mason’s election promise to have ejector seats in the movie theaters

I have sensed this announcement for a while, and all I can say is: thank you, Rotoscopers. Thank you for a magical past six years. you been a comfort and light in my life since 2011, I will always cherish the community you created. When out running, getting ready, etc., it will always be wonderful to have you guys--fellow animation lovers-- to listen to, and know someone else shares my passion.

I'm so glad you know when it is time to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the Rotoscopers Era. Thank you so much for your years of dedication. You created something wonderful.

5. The Balto episode: Mason calling Boris "Uncle Waldo" and his "I'MMMM the badguy" "No, I'MMMM the bad guy" bit.

4. Every minute of the Cinderella episode (my favorite). But particularly Morgan going from 0 to furious ranting about the horrid Cinderella blue ray remastering.

3. Angry Birds. They did NOT find this to be an easy sit. This is a definite candidate for the most moaning and groaning.

2. The anniversary episode where all the Rotoscopers got physically together at Disneyland. And reminisced and even went a little into their personal lives and personalities.

1. In the chatroom of one of the livestreams: the song In Upendi from Lion King 2 was misheard as a child as, "in your panties."

I'm gonna miss the podcast for sure--certainly my favorite when it comes to discussing animation. I'm glad I was able to be a tiny part of one (I was the nut who sent in that Hank Hill impression in one voicemail)! I wish you guys all the best in your future endeavors...and I hope we can hear an Incredibles 2 podcast at some point in the future!
