While not one of the best films the MCU has to offer, I do think that The Incredible Hulk has been unfairly overlooked when compared to the other films in the franchise. Edward Norton is fantastic in the title role, the special effects still hold up, and the story is very interesting. Despite Thor: Ragnarok getting significantly more praise than this film, I actually enjoyed the Hulk as a character in this film better than in the third Thor installment.

I will admit this is the only MCU film (besides Ant-Man, which is on “the list”) I haven’t seen, and also the only one I wasn’t really interested in seeing, But this review made me change my mind. Should I go into it with Avengers-level expections? Probably not. But should I go into it expecting something unique if not melancholy and brutally honest? Perhaps I will. Thank you for this great review!

Haven’t seen this one of the MCU films I’ve seen…….But this review is certainly intriguing in taking the monster angle, really might make me go see this one!

This is a great review. I like how you applied the film to our own monsters we deal with. It does feel like a very unique entry in the Marvel canon
