I remember this book series when it was first released and thinking it sounded ridiculous. So I will admit that I also took this prejudice and when I heard this movie was going to be released I just rolled my eyes. However while watching my 2 and 4 year old cousins recently they BEGGED to be allowed to watch this movie. Admittedly I was so excited to not have to watch Frozen for the the seven trillionth time I allowed it. I was SHOCKED that I watched the entire movie and actually enjoyed parts of it. Granted there were the moments that made me want to cringe, as consistent potty humor generally does. But given this movie's title it was obviously expected. I wouldn't say that I would ever want to watch this again, but it was enjoyable as a one time experience.
