Lena doesn’t bother me much so I’m anxious to see where she fits in the plot next. Besides I was a little suspicious from the beginning about her influence on mostly Webby.

So far, it’s a great show even though it goes for filler episode territory between the surprising cliffhangers. With the exceptions of Dragons (Seasons 1 and 2), Star Wars Rebels, Tangled: The Series and Hotel Transylvania, I had not been so excited for a cartoon show in a long time.

But seriously, can we ditch Lena? I’m really not interested in Magica’s family tree– just keep her as a proper villain. Not every character needs some deep, hidden backstory. And Lena’s punk-rock “too cool for school” aesthetic is just… not fun. I don’t find her engaging or appealing as a character.
