In fact, this is my favorite short film in general, animated or live action. I love the creative story, even when it becomes bizarre, and I heavily admire the detailed stop motion animation; at times, it is easy to forget that you are watching clay figures. 1993 was evidently a good year for stop motion animation, as The Nightmare Before Christmas was released in theaters mere months before The Wrong Trousers was first shown on television.
