In Pinocchio, even though the animation is very lovely, I always tended to think the underwater sequence went on for a little too long.
That’s a really minor gripe in a near perfect film though imo 🙂

My favorite animated film is Fantasia. if I had to pick a least favorite aspect, it would be that the format is very polarizing. Some people would be perfectly fine that it’s all music and no dialog (like me), but others would be bored out of their minds by it and question why it was made. I mean, I’m literally the only person in my family who likes the movie.

In reply to dlizsehshus. I didn't say I hate that scene. Like I mentioned, I don't mind it much, but Toy Story 3 is one of my favorite films of all time, so if I had to nitpick my least favorite scene from it, it would be this one. And I personally didn't feel the suspense there because I knew there was no way they'd be killed off on screen in this manner. It was a predictable moment in an almost perfect film. That's all I'm saying.

I 100% agree. The reason for me why I didn’t like it is because Simba and Nala weren’t actually singing it on screen. They were singing it in their heads or some outside voice was singing it. The only characters in the movie that actually sang it was Timon and Pumba which was funny but out of place.

The song is still one of my favorite songs though.

In reply to Angelo Thomas. The humans I'm fine with. (Hannah even looks pretty nice, and is an underrated animated character in my mind.) What really hasn't aged well is the dog. Scud looks horrible. I'm so glad they improved their ability to do dogs by the time of Toy Story 2.
