Well, in contrast to the Emoji film, I watched this wonderful short on youtube called “In A Heartbeat.” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2REkk9SCRn0) It’s so sweet and has a great message. I won’t spoil anymore if no one else has seen it yet.

In reply to CarFan. Oh, I forgot about that one. But the first movie didn't make a ton of money, so I doubt it'll be much of a threat to Emoji, which might take a dip next week after all.

In reply to Yellow. We do get the Nut Job 2 on the 11th, which will probably be only slightly better than The Emoji Movie. Emoji did ok this week. Hopefully it won't next week.

The Emoji Movie looks to have done OK, not surprisingly because there aren’t many movies geared at younger kids out right now. That’s probably going to help it throughout August. And good job for Wonder Woman! It’s still hanging onto the Top 10!
