I’m super excited. I’ve been a fan since 2010 and started watching when I turned 20 and now I’ll be 26 when this movie comes out. Best cartoon ever, thank goodness it finally got a worldwide movie release treatment. Thanks Hasbro. 🙂

The CGI isn’t fantastic, but heck there looks like there is some violence and seems like Ms. Evil pony won’t be easily talked out of her villainous deeds, thank the gods on that one. I think this could be a good movie, probably the plot similar to the Simpsons, like the main six escape Equestria probably on the water, then go in search of someone, ANYONE to help them defeat her. Keeping faith that Twillight will actually have to stay tough and Tempest will not bow.

I’m not a fan of the show, but this looks cute, although I think it’s kinda lazy to have Sia basically play a horse version of herself. In the show that might work, but in an animated movie they should have her play an actual character.

More seriously, watched this trailer with my siblings (all of whom are well above the target age) and we loved it. So I can’t say what little girls will think of this, but it seems to work for teens and adults. 😛
