I dunno, I liked it enough. At least the first episode... I am very much a fan of the more limited animation style from the 1960s. Luckily they're not as bad at reusing backgrounds as Hanna-Barbera were... *Yogi runs past a tree, a rock, and then a tree again*

As someone who is a) a newer Whovian, b) a longtime animation fan, and c) a fan of Patrick Troughton's Doctor in particular, I really am enjoying this. The audio is AWESOME, the restoration on the original audio is amazing, and the character designs are (mostly) on point. The only designs that missed the mark were those of Ben and Polly, but it is nice to see more missing episodes animated. Also, as this is the first time I have heard more than just the audio, this was a treat. If they can animate stuff like The Highlanders and the totally missing episodes like this? That would definitely help the audio on so many of these totally-missing stories from the inevitable dragging.

Long time Dr. Who Fan. This really sucked. BBC makes a huge amount of money off of Dr. Who, they could have put a better budget to this. Animation technology exists that this could have been amazing and instead it is absolutely gross.

One may as well just close ones eyes and just listen. Or watch the stills and clips that exist in sequence as the audio plays - it would be better than watching the crappy animation. It was essentially pointless to make such poor animation - if you're going to do something do it well or not at all.

I know! It's hard to believe that people ever thought that way! Even though I've known about archive purges for a few years now, it's no less surprising to me now that anyone ever thought it was a good idea!

And I do appreciate the effort that is being gone to to restore episodes like this. I really hope that this venture is successful enough for the BBC to commission some more.

I've never seen Archer, is it good? Yes, there was a lot to chuckle at. I like how random and silly the Doctor could be. He still is at times, Matt Smith was especially that way, but I love seeing that quality in the older episodes too. :)

I watched it and it reminded me of Archer. I enjoyed it and me and my friend giggled a lot over simple things.. like someone asking the Doctor a question and he'd just toot his recorder instead xD
