“Hi … well its not always a simple process. But in broad terms I tend to start with visual development and a broad outline of the story, characters and themes. Then i work with a screenwriter and maybe some concept artists to flesh that idea out. We often make a trailer to test the styles and techniques we have in mind and to give partners and investors an idea of what we are planning. The screenplay is the most important element after that.We normally start to gather coproducers or financial partners at that stage…i could spend an hour just answering this question! its a big one! On craft you can see the various stages we go thru once the finance is in place from animatic to final picture”
