The Pound has gone back up again, but I see what you mean. I just pray that whoever plays Peter is British. I suggest David Walliams or Jack Whitehall. Unless, they go for a child actor.

The pound is worth way less thanks to Brexit, so technically they could shoot the movie on the British countryside. But why do that when places like New South Wales are able to provide them with a financial incentive to shoot somewhere else. I don’t think it would be the first time that Australia has stood-in as someplace else. Vancouver does it all the time!

Also, Rose Byrne is Australian, but James Cordon is neither Scottish not elderly 😉

Sweet! Owls of Gahoole was one of the most beautiful animations I’ve seen in theaters. I had mixed feelings about the character animation. They seemed to be having trouble getting much expression or humanity out of these owls. So I hole they’ve learned since then. But for all that it was dazzling.

That’s New South Wales, other side of the planet. And Animal Logic has done Happy Feet, Legends of the Guardians, The Owls of Ga’Hoole. So some pretty decent children’s animation chops there.
