Angry Birds has nice animation, but that’s really it. The “adult” jokes were out of place, there was constant noise, the characters were bland, the Eagle scenes were useless, and the final fight scene was unexciting. I’d rate it 3/10. I mean little kids would like Angry Birds, but that’s it. Hope the squeal is better but, I can imagine what the story would be.

The movie was brimming with well-drawn characters and some cool world-building, but the hit-and-miss jokes and scattershot action sell it short. Like what Rachel said, the sequel needs a new writer or at least somebody they can pair with Vitti (a mostly comedic writer) who has better strengths with characters and action.

I’m okay with this movie, so a sequel may work, personally I’m still waiting for the original videogame Angry bird to get her movie, Kazooie, along with Banjo, cause they’re a team of course.

The animation was pretty good but I just thought the messaging was strange and it wasn’t funny enough. Get some better writing and I’m ok with a sequel

I havent’ seen the first and could care less, but I’m happy about this. If this second movie is a success, maybe this new studio will start branching into other things.

I liked the original film. Yeah, it’s not great, at best it is a B movie, but for what it is (to me) it has some great and cartoony animation, likable characters, and good gags most of the time whether it be visual, verbal, or physical. Overall I found I good and entertaining. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind seeing a sequel
