I wonder if they could ever do a crossover of T&J and Looney Tunes and/or Scooby Doo. I see no reason to not do it now that WB owns all 3 franchises.

I honestly feel sad for the guy. Sure he probably gets paid well. But considering the work hes done for WB and the fact he has stood by them. The least they could do is give him a shot of making another Film besides the excellent Mask of the Phantasm.

P.S. Although its from the old show, it’s my favorite chase song of theirs and hopefully a nostalgic gift for those that read these comment.

Well if he does get to voice Shaggy I actually won’t mind as long as he is better than Matthew Lillard

It shouldn’t. Voice acting typically comes later in the process, and assuming that Holland does get cast for S.C.O.O.B, he might be finished filming with Spider-Man: Homecoming long before he starts recording.

Shaggy does have a distinctive type of voice, but seeing as how S.C.O.O.B. will be a vastly different take on the property (in more ways than one), it’s possible that we might see a different vocal take on Shaggy.

I assume Frank Welker will be Scooby, you can’t really get a celebrity to do it. Though the same could be said for Shaggy.

They are developing original concepts. Heck, we have one coming in a couple of weeks. And,technically, even some of the more branded projects like the LEGO films or S.C.O.O.B are in a way original because they are doing things with the property we have never seen. We have never seen a (intentionally) comedic theatrical Batman Movie and we have never seen Hanna-Barbera characters come together as an organization or on the big screen. Yes, these films are based on something, but they are taking that and doing something new with it.

I don’t necessarily mean just the modern day Cartoon Network shows, but there might some of the old shows that could be considered, like Dexter’s Laboratory, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Codename: Kids Next Door, Ben 10, Johnny Bravo and Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends.
