This new Batman ’66 film however is just the refreshment that I need. They have not even released the first one and I’m already hoping for a second and maybe even a series. Bring back the old “Same Bat Time same Bat Channel”. Sense the original series used animation for the opening credits, The Animated Series should use live action footage from the TV series to recreate the opening credits. For instance, the scene of them running toward the camera in the movie would be the perfect beginning of the animated Batman and Robin started running at the camera. Man! I’m so pumped for this!

I really hated Killing Joke. You can read my review here on rotoscopers. I am glad you enjoyed it though. Justice League Dark could be really interesting. I just don’t trust WB and DC right now but hopefully they can win me back.

The Killing Joke wasn’t too bad, stuck to the comic fairly closely. They needed to do more with the beginning “filler” story arc though. I mean what was its purpose other than to “fill” up some time? I’m so, so about the Justice League Dark movie. The one thing I am excited about is the fact they got the actor who played Constantine in the tv show to do the voice for Constantine in this movie. We’ve been waiting waaaaay to long for the Judas Contract so they better not mess that up. The Batman / Harley Quinn movie should be a goodie also.
