I do agree with the four star rating. However, I do not think Dory was as great as the original Nemo adventure. Nonetheless, Pixar delivered another touching reunion for us and some of our favorite characters.

This was such a good movie!! I used up all the tissues in my purse crying. (Also, the “What a Wonderful World” scene killed me. My friend and I absolutely lost it laughing. Iconic.)

I was… kinda disappointed with it. :/ It wasn’t bad, but I thought the pacing was really weird & fast & I kept thinking I would get into it but didn’t completely. There were a lot of annoying jokes that seemed repetitive to me & took me out of the moment. I did enjoy Dory’s story, it just felt too rushed & inconsistent. Compared to Finding Nemo something was missing. But those memory/family parts were nice & it was nice to see all the new characters clearly caring for a disabled character. 7/10 for me.

In reply to Rachel Wagner. Really agree with that "unpredictable" factor you talk about. After the film was done I know the film retreaded a great deal of familiar story points (I know what story doesn't) but it did enough new things it felt really fresh to me.

First off ‘I LOVE ANDREW STANTON!!!!!!’

*Slight Spoilers ahead old chaps*

Fans of ‘Wall-E’ can hear some returning elements, such as Sigourney Weaver, Louis Armstrong, and Thomas Newman!

Loved the film! For those of who get to work with and have people with special needs in their life, this film has so much to tug at your heart strings. I found myself tearing up at the silliest things. This was the perfect film to follow up ‘Song of the Sea’ such wonderfully seldom tackled issues. I want to talk about this film with everyone. Also wow have we come a long way from ‘Finding Nemo’ in terms of technology. GO WATCH THIS FILM!!!!!! there is a lot to enjoy and even more to love. Great Article Morgan.

I agree another wonderful Pixar film! I thought it was hilarious and I like the way Dory didn’t make one friend and then go on an adventure. She met lots of different characters. That kept it unpredictable.

I really loved the film (as evidenced in my review here http://www.saicams.com/2016/06/finding-dory-review.html) but my biggest takeaway is that this is the quickest a film has ever got me to shed a tear, three minutes in and I could not hold back anything. Great review!
