I find it interesting that the Animation Addict podcast audio version of Heart of the Sea was released the following Friday, after the Live Podcast 3 days ago (June 14), whereas with The Jungle Book, Titan A.E. and Angry Birds were released 1 week later.

I love Song of the Sea, 4,5/5 stars to me! I love the music, the story and the look. I’m dying to get the artbook… I was surprised that most people don’t know more about selkies and would recommend the movie Ondine (a mysterious girl is found in a fisherman’s net and the fisherman’s daughter is convinced she is a selkie) which I also love (4/5 stars to me).

I really love this kind of subject matter being tackled in any medium. Animation makes really tough subjects very approachable. Wonderful podcast guys.

U know what? After watching Coraline I give up of trying to make stuffed animals. And I like my stuffed animals less.
