I think a lot of it with Dreamworks is if you like their sense of humor. Comedy is so subjective.

It’s just in the Pixar abyss because it was produced after the ground-breaking Toy Story and before the much anticipated Toy Story 2. You can’t really blame A Bug’s Life for that because it was created during Pixar’s hey day: a moment in the studios career in which it was establishing itself to the world.

I’d agree. Cars 2 is far from perfect but it is creative and enjoyable in its own way. And yeah I think your comments on Good Dinosaur are fair. I’m looking forward to Cars 3 also.
