I know Tomorrowland didn’t perform well, but that was the last live-action Disney movie I was genuinely excited to go see. It’s further proof that ideas are short in supply.

I would suggest Disney try a live-action video-game-based movie, but we got “Prince of Persia” from that experiment. Don’t even get me started on “Descendants.” 20 years after the events of “Beauty and the Beast” and they’re hanging out with Cruella DeVille and are packing tablets, smartphones, and using wi-fi? How stupid do you think we are Disney??
